REINCARNATION

We notice things in our lives, so we wonder. How is it that we have a sense of having met someone at a different time, or having done something at a different time, or having been somewhere at a different time, when we know it has not happened that way in our life? Why do we instantly like or dislike someone we believe we've never met? What about karma, and exactly what is it that we are feeling when the things that happen feel like there is a particular reason for them? Are my problems now a result of something I did in another lifetime?​ World religions do not discuss reincarnation. Christianity comes close when referring to a life beyond death, but offers no clear information about how life beyond death works. Many people have different ideas about what reincarnation is. The facts are these.

The Basics

As beings, our purpose is to experience the gift of life. We incarnate, meaning come into life, more than one time. We incarnate endlessly in order to experience life in as many ways as there are to experience it!  The person who each of us becomes is a decision that is made by each of us and not made by a divine being. There is no divine being involved in this; we decide key details. Who am I to be in this incarnation? What do I look like? Who are the people who will act in key roles like birth family, and friends, and life partners, who are going to be incarnating with me? What direction am I going to take in this life? Am I going to focus on understanding and investigating specific things? or am I going to simply allow life to take me where it will? We can select from all of the various options that there are, and really plan each life, or we can auto-select, meaning that we accept a default setting for a lifetime that is more general than specific. As we make plans while we are between lives, we know about and can plan for negative outcomes that we know will occur in the life that we are about to experience: We talk to people who will be in key roles, and who we know will be in our lives at the time that negative outcomes occur, and ask them to provide specific assistance, that, if agreed to, they are required to and expected to provide

If we choose to investigate and grow through learning experiences, the list of possibilities is endless and the degree to which we investigate is up to us.  Love. Justice. Creativity. Music. Art. Esoteric understanding. Spirituality. Sexuality. Goodness. Wonder. Science. Nature. And just about anything that can be named, except the intention to do harm to others.

Whether we choose to select the people we will live with and work with or auto-select, some of those people will be those we have incarnated with before and have experience of. Others will be those people we have not incarnated with before, and have no experience of, but who we are able to get information about in order to decide if we will accept that person on our incarnation team.

​

Over time, we find others who we like and who we work well with. With those we want to live and work with we can incarnate as a team, in key family and work roles and relationships. When we do this throughout future incarnations, we often change key roles with each other. For example, in this life with these people I am mother role. In the next life with these people, I am sister role. In the next life, I am friend role. ​​​

We can choose to incarnate into situations that involve pain or sickness. We can choose to come as outlaws. We can choose to come as the lowest possible denominator of humanity. We can choose to come as anything as a means to learn through experience about things, except as those who take the lives of others and those who intend harm to others. We experience the things we've chosen until we have learned the lessons we intended to learn, and then we move on to other learning and experiencing.

 

Help

There is an agreement, a contract, that we agree to before every incarnation. This agreement outlines exactly what every person who is about to incarnate agrees to do during this life for each other. We are expected to honor our promises.

​

We are given free will to live every life the way that we choose, except to choose to harm others. The system of life was created by the Earth, though we have given credit for this to a spiritual being that we refer to as God. Places like heaven and hell do not exist. Those places were created by the minds of human beings who felt that places like those should exist to keep some people in line. There is no judgment that comes when we die, and there is no place that we go to other than to the Earth.

 

After death, the energy of our being resides in the Earth until such time as our being is given new life as we have directed it to be. After death, our minds continue to operate but that the occurrence of death shifts our minds to a different setting that causes memories of the life that we just left to be by-passed as we release our connection to life.   Once the connection to life has been released, we begin to plan the next life, if we choose to plan. We are able to access an information system, if we choose, to make decisions about people we have not incarnated with before who we are considering incarnating with. This system of information also can give us a "View to the Future" that is something like a video in mind that allows us to experience without depth the life that we are about to select, that identifies negative outcomes that will occur that we can, if we choose, change to a different outcome.

Earth's Help can be accessed simply by talking to the Earth to get help that is needed. Talking to a divine being does not get help, and does not get help from the Earth's Help. If we need help on the Earth that we keep asking a divine being to do that does not come, it would suggest that asking a divine being to help does not work, and may work against us in the event that the divine being is a hostile entity. If we are not directing our requests for help to the Earth for help, then help is definitely NOT coming.

Déjà vu

The feeling of having already experienced being somewhere you have not been, or meeting someone you have not met, or doing something you have not done before, is referred to by the French phrase, "deja vu", meaning "already seen". When we get these feelings, we try to place where they came from. Was it a movie seen once? Was it something read somewhere? Was that person's face seen in an ad or on TV? We try to make sense of this feeling that suggests we have experienced before this thing that we are currently experiencing for the first time. 

​

Deja vu has only one explanation. It is our sensing of other lives that we have lived, and the awareness of something that happened in a lifetime other than the one we are currently living in. It is a sense of having been to this place, but in a different time. It is a sense of having done this particular thing, but as a different person. It is a sense of having known well a person we have only just met. When these things come to the surface from another time, it is not something that we planned. It is that all time, past, present, and future, exists at the same time, and that  at times our awareness is heightened to the degree that we are able to sense bits of our other lives.

 

If nothing else, it is a way of knowing, because we do not remember, that we have lived before.
